Protection Fee: The cost of Shipping Protection is typically a few bucks. Please note that this fee is non-refundable.

Coverage Details: This Shipping Protection covers situations such as lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.

Exclusions: Please note that Shipping Protection does not cover issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the buyer or other errors made by the buyer.

Compensation Policy:

• If the item is in stock, we will prioritize reshipping the product to you.
• If the item is out of stock, we will refund you in the form of store credit.
